How to book a property: Please email us via the Enquire page of the website, including your name, contact details, intended travel dates and the property or location you are interested in. You will receive an acknowledgement email from us immediately, and a full response regarding availability and cost by the next working day at the latest. We will also email a booking form at this stage, which you need to complete and return if you would like to proceed.

Payment and Credit card charges: Please note that full payment for accommodation must be made in order to confirm a booking. We accept all major credit and debit cards. Due to the fact that we are a small company it is necessary for us to pass on credit card charges, which are 2.75% of total cost of accommodation for use of Visa and Mastercard, and 3.5% for use of American Express.

Prices quoted are inclusive of breakfast. In some properties a 10% single-night supplement is levied, which is referred to on relevant property pages.

Booking confirmation: Once your payment has been processed, your booking confirmation, full address and contact details of the home you have booked, and invoice will be emailed to you by return email.
