Housed behind a fine Regency terrace which has been converted into large private residences, this elegant garden apartment is an oasis of calm despite being only minutes away from the central hub of Oxford Street, Bond Street, Marble Arch and the West End. Guest accommodation comprises a double bedroom with Kingsize bed (6ft 4ins) and private bathroom with bath and shower. Twin beds are also available.

The bedroom, which is light and south facing, has plenty of space and overlooks a pretty terrace. Visitors are also welcome to stroll in the peaceful manicured gardens shared by the residents. Please note that the sitting room is not for guest use other than at breakfast time. The guest bedroom contains a table, sitting area and television for relaxation purposes.

Breakfast is taken in the dining area of the sitting room, and guests are graciously attended by the charming host.

Facing Hyde Park, Kensington Gardens and The Serpentine - which offer a perfect anti-dote to the hustle and bustle of central London – it’s hard to believe that this apartment is within walking distance of the designer shops and jewellers of Bond Street as well as theatre land in the West End. On a fine day you can walk through Hyde Park and Kensington Gardens to Harrods, Harvey Nichols and the attractions of Knightsbridge.

Getting around
Lancaster Gate on the Central Line is only a 2 minute walk away. Paddington Station, a main line station on the District, Circle, Bakerloo and Hammersmith & City Lines, is a 5/10 minute walk away. Buses in all directions pass in front of the house.
