This centrally located Edinburgh town house was built in 1830 as part of Edinburgh’s 'Second New Town'. There are two bedrooms available for guest use, both quietly situated on the second floor of the house, overlooking the gardens to the rear.

The first bedroom is a large double or twin bedded room, elegantly furnished with an Edwardian mahogany bed room suite, and with en suite shower room.

The second bedroom is also furnished in Edwardian mahogany furniture, inlayed with classic motifs, and has a king-sized four posted bed with cotton drapes. The shower room is private, and adjacent, although not en suite. Bathrobes are provided.

Breakfast is served in the drawing room, at the antique mahogany dining table. Guests are welcome to use this room at any time; with its excellent vantage point over the gardens to the north of Charlotte Square, it’s a perfect spot for relaxing after a busy day’s sightseeing.
