This Grade A listed property is centrally located in a quiet no-through road off Charlotte Square in Edinburgh's historic centre. Princes Street and George Street with their shopping and restaurants are two minutes walk away. The Castle, medieval Old Town and most galleries and museums are also within easy walking distance.

There are two bedrooms in the main house which are available on a bed and breakfast basis. In addition to these rooms, the owners have converted the ground floor of their home to make a fully-serviced rental apartment - a cross between self-catering and bed and breakfast. The best of both worlds, you have your own well equipped kitchen, yet Continental breakfast is provided every day.

For business visitors, we are in the financial sector with the Edinburgh International Conference Centre just 10 minutes walk away.

    Rooms are serviced daily and the kitchen stocked with beverages, fruit and breakfast ingredients for you to have at your convenience. While the accommodation is completely self contained, the family are near to help with any advice or information you may need.
